Policy Duration

Our cancellation policy allows for refunds within 30 days of tour booking, provided the tour start date is more than 60 days away. If your tour is scheduled to begin within 60 days, special conditions apply as detailed below.

Cancellation Terms

• 60+ days before tour start:
  • Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Option to reschedule tour dates without penalty
  • Credit for future tours valid for 24 months
• 30-59 days before tour start:
  • 50% refund of total tour cost
  • Option to reschedule with a 15% transfer fee
  • Credit for future tours valid for 18 months
• 15-29 days before tour start:
  • 25% refund of total tour cost
  • Option to reschedule with a 25% transfer fee
  • Credit for future tours valid for 12 months
• 14 days or less before tour start:
  • No refund available
  • No rescheduling option
  • Travel insurance claim may be applicable

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Travel insurance premiums
• Visa processing fees
• Vaccination and medical preparation costs
• Custom itinerary planning fees
• Third-party booking fees

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is received and approved:

1. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your cancellation request
2. Our team will review your booking details and applicable refund amount
3. You will receive notification of approval or any additional information needed
4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
5. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can impact travel plans. Special consideration may be given for:

• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Natural disasters affecting the tour region
• Government travel advisories
• Death in immediate family
• Visa rejection (with documentation)

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Many travel insurance policies cover cancellations due to various circumstances not covered by our standard policy.
